Great wine, but shipping was a tad slow
Anyone else wonder how long Argaux shipping takes? I ordered some of their white wine, specifically the Sangiovese, and it took a full 8 business days to arrive. The wine itself was fantastic, but that shipping time did feel a bit on the longer side, especially when I was looking forward to it. Just be aware if you're planning for a specific event!
Consistent quality
This was my third order from Argaux, and as usual, the selection of Red Wine was top-notch. I appreciate the consistent quality of the small production wines they feature. My previous orders also arrived well-packaged and on time. It's why I keep coming back, I trust their curation. The Grenache I got this time was particularly good.
Ordered a Sommelier Consultation
I used the Sommelier Consultation service to help pick wines for a special dinner. Booking was easy through the website. The consultation itself was very informative and personalized; the sommelier really listened to my preferences and budget. They recommended a few different options, including a Nebbiolo that turned out to be perfect. The delivery of the chosen bottles took about a week, which was fine since I planned ahead. Everything arrived securely packaged. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps offer a slightly wider range of appointment times for the consultation, but that's a small detail. Very happy with the overall service.
Best kit ever!
I received the Blind Tasting Kit as a gift and it was amazing! The instructions were super clear and the wines were fantastic. It made for such a fun evening with friends. I'm definitely going to try their Wine Club Membership next. Highly recommend to anyone who loves wine or wants to learn more!
Good wine, slow shipping
I ordered a bottle of California Pinot Noir and a French Rosรฉ. The wines themselves were excellent, really enjoyed both selections. However, shipping took about 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long. I also wish there were more detailed tasting notes on the product pages, but overall a positive experience.
